I had booked a pet friendly room thru a third party. After traveling 3 hours to get there, I found out that the third party did not book a pet friendly room. The front desk people were very good/friendly and accommodated us in another room anyway. We had only been there about 30 minutes and the front desk called our room to make sure we were happy and that everything was to our satisfaction. Great breakfast buffet. Clean room and friendly staff. There was a great Vietnamese Restaurant next door with very friendly staff and awesome food/reasonable price. We do not get away very often, but the next time we do, we will definitely see if this place is available again. Very close to Cannery Row and Fisherman's Wharf too.
First of all I want to say that the manager Janea Elliott went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The first room on our first night missed the mark for us so Ms. Elliott quickly worked to place us in a different room for our second night. She even had housekeeping work on the room first to accommodate our schedule to visit the Aquarium. Overall a very nice visit.
